When I met Priyanka Bhawalkar , I wanted to loose around 10 to 15 kgs. It was not an easy task considering the fact that I am a person having 2 slip discs, so walking was the only one solution for my work out. Priyanka was very prompt in understanding my body requirements and placed me on a suitable diet. I followed it religiously and had a steady weight loss.
After about six weeks there was a plateau and very promptly my diet was altered to boost my metabolism.
As a result at the end of three months I have lost around 10-11 kgs and feeling much better. And yes few kgs I still have to loss , but with her support and positivity towards healthy life, within 2 months I will reach target for sure.
Following the diet was not tough. If one has the will it is enjoyable. I teamed it up with a lot of walking. Daily I used to walk 45 min.
At the end of it , a nutritionist can show you the way but how you go about it is completely your choice.
